Shipping and Delivery

We provide express shipping services in cooperation with SMSA Express Shipping to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Main Areas: 1-3 working days
• Sub-Areas: 3-5 working days

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to high demand on the shipping company during annual occasions such as (the holy month of Ramadan, Eid holidays, National Day, etc.).

All orders are handed over to the shipping company on the same day or the next day, unless it is a holiday.

Delivery via Courier in Jeddah Only:

• Delivery via courier is available only in Jeddah, and the delivery cost is estimated based on the area.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available without any additional fees.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Within 24 to 48 hours from the completion of the order.
