Pricing:
The store reserves the right to change prices under any circumstances, except for what is recorded on the invoice.
Delivery:
Unless there is a prior agreement between the parties, all delivery times are estimates. We make every effort to deliver the shipment on time. In the event of a delay in delivering the order, the store bears full responsibility, and the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
Shipping and Loss of Shipment:
Ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer upon receipt of the product. In the event of any damage or loss of the shipment, the store bears full responsibility.
Warranty:
In the event of any damage to the product, such as breakage or shortage, the store bears full responsibility. The buyer must contact the store within 3 days of receiving the shipment. After this period, the buyer is not entitled to claim compensation for damages. Devices are guaranteed for one year, covering all technical and manufacturing issues.
Limitation of Liability:
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the store’s liability for any claims related to the products shall not exceed the amount recorded on the invoice, minus the shipping cost. The buyer must file a claim for any damage within 3 days of receiving the shipment. If this period is exceeded, the store reserves the right to reject the claim.
Payment:
If a prepayment method is chosen, the buyer is entitled to request a refund if the order is not delivered within 7 working days.
