Exchange and return policy

We are happy to provide the best service to Watin customers.

You can return your order within 3 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging (as it was when shipped).
  • The product must not have been used and must be tightly sealed (as it was when shipped).

Return Process:

If you wish to return the products for any reason, please contact customer service directly or via WhatsApp at 00966558366279.

  • The customer will be provided with a return shipment number to attach to the package and deliver it to the nearest SMSA or Aramex office for return to us by the company.
  • The amount will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the shipment, after ensuring that the order is free from any damage or use, as it was sent to you. Please note that shipping fees for both delivery and return (SAR 55) will be deducted if the product is found to have no manufacturing defect or if the customer no longer wishes to keep the product.

In case the shipment is not received by the customer:

If the shipment is not received by the customer for any reason, it will be returned to us by the shipping company after one full week from the date of arrival. In this case, the customer can either:

  • Re-ship the order by paying the re-shipping and return fees of 55, or
  • Receive a refund via a discount code, with the deduction of shipping and return fees of 55 from the total amount paid on the invoice.

Order Modification or Cancellation:

The customer can modify or cancel the order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp at 00966558366279. Replacement or return is not possible once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company.

We are under significant pressure to fulfill all orders and may not always have time to respond to customer inquiries on the same day. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check the products requested before submitting your order.
